“The number one thing that AI does to organizations is provide a uplift in productivity as well as efficiency. Anything that is labor intensive, resource intensive, that's where AI can translate that into meaningful business outcomes globally,” said Manav.
“So, wherever you have large number of clients, external or internal coming in and asking broadly similar questions, you can automate and deflect a lot of those questions using foundation models that can be trained on your corpus of data. With AI, this is just the tip of the iceberg,” he added.
The advancements that have happened in the recent months in the world of AI is staggering. “I think the time is now to experiment, so be a value creator rather than just an AI consumer,” he added.
